By using the Website, creating an account on the Website, booking free or paid for Services offered on the Website, Users of the Website (“User”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and to use the Website in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

 

Align the Dots reserves the right to review and update these Terms & Conditions periodically at its sole discretion.

 

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website, its content and Align the Dots Services only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website and Align the Dots Services.

 

Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Website.

Some sections of the Website are restricted to Users who have created an account on the Website (“Members”). Members have access to Online Groups and Members pages (including and not limited to your profile information, your bookings, your online programme content).

 

You must ensure that both your username (your email address) and password to access restricted areas of the Website are kept confidential.

All information you may enter on the Website is transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. Credit Card information and payments are hosted and securely processed by Stripe.

Align the Dots expects you to confirm that the Services you are purchasing will meet your needs.  We do not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular result, personal or professional, from your purchase and completion of any of the Services.

 

All the content on this site is provided ‘as is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent provided by law, Align the Dots shall not be liable for any loss of use, lost or inaccurate data, failure of security mechanisms, interruption of business, costs of delay or any indirect, special, incidental, reliance or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits), regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) strict liability or otherwise, even if informed of the possibility of such damages in advance.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Align the Dots’ aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Align the Dots for the Services giving raise to a claim.

Fees & Refunds

A booked Service can be cancelled and refunded by calling (+46702114476) or emailing (info@alignthedots.com) 48 hours before the booked Service is due to start. Unexpected urgent matters may occur so booked Services can be rescheduled. Kindly, provide a minimum of 4 hours notice before the booked Service is due to start.

 

Align the Dots reserves the right to bill you for a missed booked Service. We will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed booked Service.

 

Once you have purchased an Online Programme, the fee is non-refundable. If you cancel any Online Programme you will not be entitled to any refund.

 

Sales tax (VAT) is charged at the applicable rate depending on the Service and/or your country of residence.

 

Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase of Services are for your own account and Align the Dots shall not be responsible for these.

 

Dispute resolution

In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, you and Align the Dots shall consult and negotiate with each other and, recognising their mutual interests, attempt to reach a solution satisfactory to both parties. If the parties do not reach settlement within a period of 60 days, any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall proceed to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC).
