Growth Consultant | Entrepreneur Coach

My name is Nina. I have worked with entrepreneurs throughout my career, from the humble creative with a brilliant idea to the extraordinary visionary who believes the sky is limitless. It has given me the courage to learn from my successes and failures, pick myself up and do it all over again, which has led to becoming a senior certified professional coach and my latest venture, Align the Dots.

My mindset is moulded by an engineering education. I find comfort in organising, planning, scheduling and being as prepared as I can. Ten years working in East Africa has taught me that nothing ever goes according to plan; it can sometimes go even better, but prepare for the worst too, just in case.

In my last role as COO of a plastic recycling company in Nairobi, the company nearly doubled its volume of recycled material, tripled its employees and increased its revenue 2.5 times in the course of my two-year tenure. It took a fair share of planning as well as agility and flexibility to get there. If you want to know more about my experience and credentials, please visit my LinkedIn profile.

Where am I from? Legally, I’m Swedish. Culturally, I'm a mishmash of French, Swiss and Kenyan with a dash of Swedish. If you want our sessions to be in French, Swedish or English, it would be my pleasure. The beauty of my origins is that I can understand people from all kinds of places with unusual journeys. But kindly, don’t ask me where I’m from, I never know what to answer…

For years, I have worked on letting my creativity seep through, slowly rounding off my inner engineer’s edges. I found that a great avenue to express my creativity and spirituality is through words that I publish on Medium and another is by launching Align the Dots. I have a passion for helping organisations and people who are "doing well by doing good" to thrive.

I am offering you my creativity, my integrity, my presence and my reliability to support you in your journey.

I hope that you know me better now, and I look forward to getting to know you too.

Nina
