Cancellation Policy

A session can be cancelled and refunded (if paid for) by calling or emailing 48 hours before the session is due to start. Unexpected urgent matters may occur so sessions can be rescheduled. Kindly, provide a minimum of 4 hours notice before the session is due to start. Align the Dots reserves the right to bill you for a missed paid session. We will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed session.
