Active Listening Practice

Listening is a skill that can be trained, and today we'll practise active listening and reflect back on what our listening partner said. This will allow us to develop our awareness and improve our listening skills.

We'll start with a brief introduction and I'll explain the process in details. You'll then be paired in breakout rooms where, in turns, you'll be the speaker and the listener.
